Reza is an enthusiastic Civil Engineer and Senior Planner with 12 years’ experience in scheduling, project controls, project planning and delivery, and progress and variation reporting.  Specialising in complex civil infrastructure projects, Reza has utilised advanced P6 and Microsoft Project’s tools and techniques to provide services spanning the entire project life cycle from the establishment of project schedules through to ongoing KPI and status reporting. 

Reza is experienced in developing, maintaining, and reporting on Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), costs and risks within multi-project environments across several civil disciplines including roads, bridges, construction, rail, and transport systems.  He has been responsible for the development of construction delivery programs and supporting documents and managing and reporting of key deliverables and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
