Adam is a pragmatic risk management practitioner with over 10 years’ experience in the design, implementation and operation of Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity, Emergency/Crisis Management, Assurance and Corporate Governance frameworks. A passionate practitioner and facilitator with a keen interest in Business Improvement and embedding sustainable people change, Adam applies practical tools and proven techniques to help organisations be high performing, seek tomorrow’s opportunities and live out their desired corporate culture behaviours.

Adam has considerable experience in stakeholder management and change management, particularly with executive, senior management, and cross-functional operational teams. He has held senior roles requiring strong leadership and conviction to embed continuous improvement, and he thrives in environments where there is scope to challenge and change, including where diplomacy and resilience are required.

Adam joined Metropolis Advisory in early 2020. Prior to this, he held senior corporate roles in the areas of Enterprise Risk and Property Management, and has also held consulting roles that delivered successful outcomes to a range of clients in Australia and the UK – including utilities, insurance, education, transport, local government and NFP sectors. These varied experiences have shaped Adam’s consulting approach – tailoring solutions for clients which are practical and that deliver on their objectives.
